This pond-side cottage is a peaceful place to relax & unwind. Sit in the sunroom and enjoy watching the birds & the water or enjoy the front porch rockers where you can listen to the birds & frogs. We are 12 min. from downtown Sumter & 20 min from Shaw AFB. Local points of interest are Swan Lake Iris Gardens, Poinsett State Park & Congaree Nat. Park. It's only 2 hrs to Myrtle Beach or Charleston & 3 hrs to the mtns. While it's conveniently located, this cottage offers a quiet place to relax.

This cozy cottage has 3 BR and 2 Baths and a stocked kitchen to make you feel right at home. Enjoy fishing from your private dock or take a spin in the paddle boat or kayaks provided. After a long day on the lake, you can enjoy a game of pool, classic arcade games, darts, or board games. WiFi is provided as well as 3 smart TVs. There is plenty of parking for your vehicles and water toys.

Live out your Bridgerton fantasy in this stunning historic space. The apartment features antique furnishings/art, a private entrance and patio with lounge and a hot tub (The hot tub is available Apr through Nov). Off street parking. Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this house is close to Lake Moultrie & the Cooper River. It’s also very close to popular wedding venues: Somerset Point, Pineland Village, & Old Santee Canal Park. Moncks Corner Recreational Complex, where many tournaments are hosted, is also about 3 miles away. Pinopolis is less than 20 miles from Summerville & the Volvo area, 40 miles from coastal beaches, and just 45 minutes away from Downtown Charleston. It’s a great location for work or play!

The first guest comment I hear is "Wow - pictures don't do this place justice - the house is incredible and the views are spectacular! The next comment is "I thought we were way out in the country but it's only 20 minutes to the waterfront town of Georgetown, with shops, dining, museums and more. Looking to get away? This place is truly a retreat- a 3 bedroom house on the beautiful Black River in Georgetown. Four kayaks provided, swim or fish off the dock just a few steps from the house.

The Garden Folly Guest House

Our architect said, “this is NOT a garage, it’s a Garden Folly!” Our Guest House has a bird’s eye view of the rose covered pecan tree and a vista of the marsh and the Wappoo Creek. When we rebuilt our 1930's garage we saved all the beaded siding and pine floor. My husband enjoyed incorporating many design elements and creative ideas. It was quickly becoming the Taj Garage. We decided it was just the kind of property we enjoy when we travel, so, Voila! we decided to share it with you!

Cottage in the Oaks is truly a dream cottage. Our goal was to make this cottage a restful, peaceful home away from home. We are nestled on 2.5 acres with multiple ancient Live Oaks. You will feel as though you are in a country setting but are only a 2 minute drive to the center of Historic Summerville, with multiple choices of restaurants, local shops and of course bars. Play pickleball? We know all the local courts and teams, we are happy to help you find a game!

The Goose Cottage at Wild Goose Flower Farm

Located next to the family farmhouse at Wild Goose Flower Farm, The Goose Cottage was designed to immerse guests in our calm and peaceful country life. We are located 15 minutes from the hearts of Cane Bay, Nexton and Exit 194 on I-26, and 45 minutes from Downtown Charleston.
