“Okaeri” is an absolute beachfront townhouse situated directly behind the sand dunes of Murray’s Beach in beautiful Sunny Sawtell. “Okaeri” translates to “welcome home” in Japanese, and that’s exactly how we want you to feel. The end townhouse with direct frontage onto the green beach bush reserve. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and awake to the sound of the birds. This neat two bedroom holiday apartment is located only 100m from the pristine Sawtell beach and a 250m stroll from the trendy Main Street. Guests will enjoy two spacious bedrooms with built in wardrobes. Both bedrooms offer a queen bed and single mattress. The open plan kitchen and living offers fully equipped cooking facilities, as well as a lounge area leading on to the elevated balcony overlooking the pool. Guests can also utilise the shared BBQ, pool and alfresco dining facilities.

We are a few minutes walk from Boambee Beach & Boambee Bay,5 minute drive to Sawtell village & Coffs International Stadium. The studio features an open plan with separate bathroom. Our home is on the top level with the studio situated on the ground level underneath our living area.Featuring queen bed, sofa, TV, kettle, unlimited wifi, electric frypan, toaster,microwave& ceiling fan for cooling.All linen provided.
