One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Unser komplett neu renoviertes Appartement in Meran/St. Valentin befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der weltbekannten Gärten von Schloss Trauttmansdorff. Eine Bushaltestelle liegt lediglich 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Das dazugehörige, ebenerdig erreichbare Kellerabteil steht zur freien Verfügung und kann z.B. zum verstauen von Rädern/Skiern usw. oder zum laden von E-Bikes genutzt werden. Eine E-Tankstelle mit 2 Stellplätzen ist ca. 5 min. fußläufig entfernt.

This stylish 2-room apartment (57 m²) has been completely renovated and offers everything you need for your holiday in the center of Merano. In the entrance area, there is an open wardrobe and a bench. The bathroom features a great shower and a toilet with bidet. In the living area, there is a kitchen with essential amenities, a dining area, and a large sofa bed (180x 200 cm). In the bedroom, there is a large double bed (180x 200 cm) and an open wardrobe.

The apartment "Apt. Stefan – Schenna Chalet" is centrally located in the heart of Schenna and offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Spacious, newly renovated apartment on the last floor of a fin-de-siècle villa. Build in 1907, Villa "Sonnblick" (engl.: sunny view) is one of the most beautiful buildings on Mount Zeno. The mansion offers a south-side balcony and an impressive panoramic view across Merano and the Valle d'adige. Despite the Villa being located on the hill, it takes only 15 minutes by foot to get to the center of Merano.

Am Fuße von Schloss Tirol, vor den Toren Merans liegt unser Bauernhof inmitten der eigenen Weinberge. In kürzester Zeit sind der Tappeinerweg, der Waalweg, aber auch die Altstadt von Meran erreichbar. Erstmals urkundlich erwähnt scheint der Hof im Jahre 1323 auf. Ein mächtiges Rundbogengewölbe und eiserne Türen zeugen noch heute von der damaligen Zeit.
