Set above beautiful Stein, 20 Lochbay offers stunning views towards the Outer Hebrides. Luxurious Rustic Cottage B&B

Tucked away just 300m from Paxton House, Dene Cottage has 1 double room with luxury bath / shower room in a rustic fairytale setting with woodland walks along the river Tweed. There is ample parking for bikes or car. A single room is available, listed separately and is not let, unless agreed, when the double room is taken. If both rooms are booked the cost of the single is reduced. This is a ‘b&b’ not a self catering property but good breakfast is included.
