Your private entrance is located just inside the fenced in front yard. The whole first floor and front yard is yours to enjoy. The 1,200 sf. space is PET FRIENDLY and has a back deck, front patio, full bath, 2 bedrooms with 1 queen& king bed, 1 reserved parking space, & kitchenette(no stove). 11.5% tax added at booking.

Enjoy a peaceful waterfront stay in our custom-built tiny house, located on Cedar Creek just off Route 1. Conveniently situated only 10 minutes from Delaware Turf and 15 minutes from the beach. The home comfortably sleeps four and includes hot tub access. We live on-site and are happy to assist throughout your stay. Quiet cottage with accomodation for 6 - 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, outdoor shower, grill, patio, and screened in porch. Hardwood floors throughout. Parking for 3 cars. Dog friendly.

Our condo unit includes free parking, full kitchen, living room, dining room, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Youtube TV /wi-fi. We supply sheets and towels.

Enjoy dinner and drinks on the enclosed rear porch and take in the view. 5 miles to Bethany Beach, 12 miles to Ocean City, 17 miles to Rehoboth Beach. I will allow one dog and the pet fee is $200.

The Winkler

The Winkler is a comfortable fully equipped 1BR / 1 BA apartment above our detached 3 garage @ The Tree House. Nestled in lush trees and landscaping in the Rehoboth Beach Country Club. Named after Henry Winkler who played the Fonz on Happy Days, (because he lived in the apt. over the Cunningham's garage). The apartment offers privacy and separation from the main house. Giving you an opportunity to make it your home away from home at the beach. Come Enjoy!!

Sweet Retreat is conveniently located in Ocean Pines, Maryland. The premiere residential and resort community of Ocean Pines is located eight miles inland from the ocean resort town of Ocean City. Ocean Pines has over 9 miles of waterfront property and 3,000 acres of wooded areas. Community amenities include beaches, a yacht club, golf course, community center, a Beach Club Pool and other community pools. Passes are available at ocean Pines Association.
