My house is located in the center of a historic neighborhood. This historical, private, two-floored house has a balcony with a view of sea of Marmara and it takes 3 mins walk to there and 10 mins to Tramway station. Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet Mosque & Hippodrome, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern, Little Hagia Sophia, Mosaic Museum, Carpet museum, Arasta Bazaar and many other historical sites are all in the walking distance. It is surrounded by lots of cafes, restaurants and shops.

There are stairs (downward) to building entrance ; after that we have elevator to the apartment. The stairs can not be suitable for disabled, elderly guests, and guest with infants.
