River House! Right on the banks of the Nehalem with creeks on both sides. Our location is just a mile off of Hwy 26 & 22 miles from the coast Hwy 1. We have nicer weather here with swimming and fishing right on the property. Our location is close to neighbors and a small grocery, but once in the house you will be facing the river for fishing, swimming and lolling about. There is a little cottage that we live in so you might see my wife and I puttering around, but we respect your privacy.

Seaside Oceanfront Resort - Pool Kitchen Studio This is one of my studio units at my timeshare at The Resort at Seaside in Seaside Oregon! Right on the beach with access to all the amenities of the resort like shopping, pools, hot tub, gym, beach access etc. The unit comes with one free parking spot. This PRIVATE studio unit has one bathroom, living room, balcony with gas bbq, kitchenette (full kitchen minus oven), living room and a fold down wall style murphy bed (nice real bed).

Oceanfront Home with Commercial Gym Our two-story home is situated in a private gated community between Seaside and Astoria. We reside upstairs and rent out the downstairs unit, which features a full kitchen (see photos). Please note, while the unit is separate, occasional noise from our family upstairs may be heard.

This lower CONDO unit is directly across the street from the beach with incredible ocean views. Large luxurious deck with wind block area for enjoying with family. The inside is as incredible as the outside. Gorgeous interior with gas fireplace.
