Our light bright and breezy beach house sleeps up to 8 people. Max 6 adults. We look out over the expansive Aldinga Scrub Conservation Reserve where the kangaroos hop and kookaburras laugh! 400m to the famous Aldinga drive-on beach. Beautifully styled throughout, luxurious bed linens & towels, fully equiped kitchen including espresso machine & filtered water tap. Indoor & outdoor dining and lots of room to relax, 2 separate lounge areas (both with televisions). Off-street parking for 3 cars.

Amazing Sea Views and sunsets to enjoy any time of year! Our comfortable, fully self contained ground floor suite in the heart of Aldinga Beach has fabulous sea views from all living areas. Relax, recharge and enjoy the seaside in this special space and surroundings Walk to the Star of Greece, other great restaurants, and a brewery. You’re so close to the quaint Aldinga village, The Little Rickshaw, over 80 vineyards, stunning beaches, Willlunga Market, McLaren Vale, Kuipo Forest and Moana.

Duckcottage: quaint stone cottage

Duckcottage is a five room stone settlers cottage built in 1853 on five acres of bushland at Second Valley. The property is now a refuge for wildlife so it is NOT suitable for dogs or cats. We call it 'duck' cottage because of the height of the doorways. It has been lovingly restored, and the habitat for birds and native animals has been established through revegetation. The property is secluded (there are no neighbours in sight) but it is a short drive to the beach.

Rabans Retreat

Our place is close to great views, family-friendly activities, restaurants and dining, and the beach. You’ll love our place because of the views, the location, the people, and the ambiance. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, with Netflix. Ideal for keen golfers with great views of the front nine; easy access to the pro shop and course facilities. Also a Tennis court and Gym nearby for a small fee. Only 2 km from Normanville.

A Room with a View@ Cape Jervis

This cute weekender is situated on the edge of a small fishing village, Cape Jervis (on the mainland) gateway to Kangaroo Island. Whether your heading to the island or leaving, this is perfect location to stop, unwind, revive before you continue your journey. Or you may want to trek a section of the Heysen Trail, or trek through Deep Creek National Park, or just do nothing and relax. NOTE: minimum 2 nights over Long Weekends.

Cartmel Rise

GREAT LOCATION 30minutes from the CBD, on a working horse property where riding lessons/ dressage/pony rides for children are available. You will be able to relax and unwind in a new 2 bedroom attached studio apartment among the gum trees and watch the sunset with a glass of local wine. You may even get a visit from the local wildlife (kangaroos and koalas).

Samphire is a stunning holiday house that is located directly on the waters edge, with incredible views across the American River Channel to Island Beach. There is no other house in this position. An ideal spot for bird watchers, nature lovers, fisherfolk or a family just wanting to hide away for a while.
