A newly built, modern, self contained flat behind the main house. The bedroom has a queen bed and large flat screen TV, separate lounge area with large flat screen TV. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a table and chairs. The bathroom is spacious with a shower, two wash basins and toilet Access to the flat is separate from the main house, and so guests can come and go when they please. Please note that is a one-time fee of $50 applies for accommodating your dog during the stay.

Detached Studio with a small ensuite, outside hot tub, and private access. Secure undercover parking adjacent to the studio. Provisions for a light breakfast included. We offer a picturesque location just 900 mts from the beach and cafes, in the heart of beautiful Grange, with the train a 5 min walk away - 20 mins to CBD. The studio is equipped with a mini fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee pod machine, and microwave - there is no oven - but please feel free to use the BBQ for cooked meals.

The Seaside Townhouse at Semaphore is just a hop, skip and jump to popular Semaphore Beach (200m), The Palais (150m) and Semaphore Road (300m) where there are some great food eateries. During the summer the Semaphore Carnival is also on at the foreshore. Its two-level interior includes an open light filled living dining area which adjoins the modern kitchen that comes well equipped with ample cupboards and gas cooktop & oven. The upper level includes 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and balcony.
