The Gathering space is such a great place to have family fun! There are card games and large TVs with multiple streaming platforms. We are also working on a great outdoor space that will include a grill and sail shade ready for the summer. There is also an RV on the property that is an AirBNB with privacy.

Excellent location with a short drive to restaurants, shopping, 3 24-hour gyms, and grocery stores. Located in a quiet subdivision with minimal traffic. This is the perfect spot, close to Seneca, but away from highly trafficked areas. Great for a working adult and quiet enough during the day for someone working third shift to sleep.

Feel like you are in the trees, in an area much as it was when inhabited by Cherokee Indians. Stream feeds into Lake Hartwell. In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Enjoy the serenity of a beautifully modern 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath vacation cabin in a quiet gated cul-de-sac with scenic surroundings. On early mornings you can spot wildlife including deer and wild turkeys. Excellent location on the lake a few hundred feet away from a boat ramp. Come to relax, have fun on the lake or even enjoy a romantic escape.

Singing Pines Cottage

Right among the pines of South Carolina you will find our cottage. It's 5 minutes from the Historic Ram Cat Alley with Live Outdoor music every Thursday Night (Apr.-Oct.), Shopping, Boutiques, Restaurants, Breweries, and Coffee Shops. It's only 12 minutes from Clemson University, and a short drive to Lake Keowee, Lake Jocassee, and Lake Hartwell. This area is home to numerous Waterfalls, Hiking Trails, and good southern barbecue. We do not host work crews.

Oak Hill Getaway

Right between Seneca and Clemson you will find our getaway. It's 5 mins from Historic Ram Cat Alley with shopping, restaurants, and breweries with Jazz on the Alley music every Thursday night (April - Oct.) It's only 10 minutes from Clemson University. Surrounded by 3 different lakes Jocassee, Keowee, and Hartwell with just a short drive away. You can ride 30 mins up to the mountains where you can hike trails and see waterfalls the foothills have to offer.

We recently purchased this gorgeous home on Lake Hartwell, in a secluded cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood (6 miles to Clemson..ALL BACKROADS) You will have the entire bottom floor with separate entrance . Enjoy beautiful lake views on the covered porch or from our dock. A Private Neighborhood Boat ramp is 25 feet from our home. Bring your boat, use our dock, space for multiple trailers. Driveway parking. Dogs Welcome! ($25 pet fee/entire stay)

The Cottage

BRAND NEW 490 sq ft tiny house/cottage nestled in the woods in a country setting. Complete with a queen bedroom, a twin/day bed and then a queen bed in loft ( comfortably sleeps 4 adults and one child). We are conveniently located 10 miles from I-85 exit 1 on S Hwy 11. 20 minutes from Clemson, 8 minutes from Seneca, and just a short drive to many hiking trails, lakes and parks in the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains.
