Our house is a two-level home with traditional Cycladic architecture, lovingly renovated in 2024. Nestled in the alleys of Chora--the historic and beautiful capital of Serifos island--it’s just a 10-minute walk from the central square, offering easy access to local cafés, restaurants, and shops. Uniquely positioned, the house is both central and secluded, providing a peaceful retreat for those who appreciate quiet, simplicity, and breathtaking views, while still being close to all the action.

Στο κυκλαδίτικο Στούντιο μου , που είναι 30τ.μ. και βρίσκεται στην καρδία της Χώρας της Σερίφου θα βρείτε ησυχία και ηρεμία.Περπατώντας μόνο 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια μέσα από τα παραδοσιακά πλατυσκαλα της Χώρας, και κοντά στο Κάστρο όπου θα βρείτε εστιατόρια, μπαρ, σούπερ μάρκετ και σταθμό για λεωφορείο ή ταξί. Το στούντιο είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με τα απαραίτητα για την διαμονή σας.Για την πρόσβαση σας στο σπίτι θα χρειαστεί να ανεβεται 25 σκαλιά περιπου.!

Villa Podotas/House on the sea !

Α beautiful Cycladic house , located on the rocks , only one meter from the sea ! Words are not enough to describe the view of the Agean sea ,Kamares bay and the unique location! The house is renovated since January 2022 and is fully equipped for a very comfortable stay .A balcony with amazing sea view and a yard with private access to the sea !. The beach of Kamares is about 130 meters and the distance from the center of the village is about 250 meters .

Melia suites, Serifos

An ideal getaway to Serifos, the guesthouses Melia are half way between the port (Livadi) and the town (Chora) offering views to the port of Serifos, the deep blue Aegean Sea and Sifnos across the water. Vertically arranged, the two guest houses, Foivos and Iris, are independent and can host 2+2 guests. Is ideal for a group of friends, that they want to be together but keeping their own privacy or for a family with 2 kids over 10 years old.

Beautiful house in Serifos - Kato Chora for 4ppl

Newly renovated traditional house in Kato Chora - Serifos. Living room with a kitchen , 2 double beds , bathroom and a private patio. Can accomodate 4 ppl. Really quiet area with residents. Bars and restaurants aprox 5 min walking. Around to everything. There is street parking which is usually available (not guaranteed). Port is 5 minutes drive away or 20’ hike away. The beach only 5 min driving (1,3 km). The bus stop is 2 min away.
