Contemporary Light Filled Apartment Close to the City Centre

Walk home along the Union Canal and then kick back on the sofa after a day exploring Edinburgh. This bright flat boasts an open concept with a white palette enhanced with pops of bright colour. It benefits from underground parking. The apartment is situated in a modern development in Shandon to the west of the City Centre. Within the flat there is one bedroom with a king sized bed with high quality linens and plenty of wardrobe space. A spacious hall leads into a bright open plan living room/kitchen with a large sofa, coffee table, TV, and dining area. The kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The bathroom has a bath with overhead rainforest shower as well as a handheld shower head. Toiletries and towels are provided. Within the development there is a shared garden and underground parking where you will have one allocated parking space with key fob. There is also secure bike storage available. BT TV Wifi Underground Parking I will do my best to meet every guest on arrival but if this is not possible I have a key safe installed for flexibility. I live in Edinburgh with my girlfriend and therefore one of us will always be around should you need any assistance. The apartment is in Shandon, a residential district to the west of Edinburgh city centre. It’s next to Harrison Park and the Union Canal. There are good transport links to the centre and the airport. The bus stop is located a minute walk from the flat, from which there are regular buses to the city centre (10 mins) or to the airport (45 mins), if you are driving or getting a taxi to the airport then should only take around 20 mins depending on traffic. A taxi into town would take around 5-10 mins or it is a 30 minute walk.

Our spacious house is absolutely perfect for family/extended family time in Edinburgh. The house, in a superb location provides the ideal base to explore the sights. Situated in a leafy crescent in up-market Merchiston this modern house has all the facilities of Bruntsfield and Morningside on the doorstep yet is only a short bus ride or scenic walk into the centre. With a private entrance, free parking in the drive and a lush garden all to yourselves this is the ideal place to stay. (NO PARTIES)

Gorgeous Quiet Garden Apartment, Sleeps 4

Gorgeous well kept quiet and bright flat in a traditional ground floor Edinburgh apartment with doors out onto a pretty back garden. Only 15 mins walk from Haymarket Station The garden backs onto the Edinburgh canal and it's only a 30 mins walk into the centre of Edinburgh. There are also many buses that pass close by, connecting you to old/new town Edinburgh. Lovely shops, cafes and pubs are all within a few minutes walk. A great place from which to explore the city and the Edinburgh Festival!

Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

Make you trip to Edinburgh truly memorable with a stay at Craigiehall Temple. Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, it's Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. A plaque on the wall carries a quote from Horace: "Dum Iicet in rebus jucundis vive beatus", "Live happy while you can among joyful things". We hope that a stay at the Temple will deliver this experience and stay true to this vision.

It lies two miles southwest of Edinburgh Castle in a leafy conservation area and is only a short bus ride from all major visitor attractions. A well-stocked delicatessen is just across the road and provides delicious croissants and wines. Active guests love the 30min walk along the scenic Union Canal which takes them straight to the city centre.

This 2 bedroom apartment is the beautifully converted former Great Hall of Dollarbeg Castle. Built in 1890, Dollarbeg Castle was the last gothic baronial style building of its type ever built. Beautifully restored in 2007 to the very highest standards, it was converted into 10 luxury properties, one of which is a conversion of the original "Great Hall" with its vaulted ceiling and majestic views across the formal grounds towards the Ochil Hills in the distance.
