Grand in its simplicity, Senoia is a destination for those who seek to decompress from a modern, fast-paced lifestyle or escape it altogether. Nestled in nature, this upstairs 820 square ft apartment offers seclusion just 10 minutes to downtown Newnan and 35 min to Atlanta airport. External private entrance from the home’s main front porch provides access to private stairwell. No shared walls and no shared space with other guests. Hosts reside on ground floor via separate entry. Whether a short or long term stay, the apartment is perfect for a vacation or a business trip with full kitchen and super comfy bed to ensure a pleasant stay.

The Nest is no-smoking and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. It is a peaceful getaway and great for a romantic weekend or quiet retreat. Canoes, kayaks, trails, and a fire pit are available plus the kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need. Close to Serenbe, Newnan, and the Atlanta Airport. You’ll love my place because of the arty style, the peaceful vibe and the beautiful lake view. The cottage is on 34 private acres and directly behind the main lake house.
