So this location is convenient for sightseeing around Kyoto. 3rd floor is very modern and stylish and 4th floor is Japanese-style. There is a wonderful view from our balcony, and you can overlook the Kamo river. Please enjoy different atmospheres of each floor.

Walk by the Seta River, relax in nature, and visit nearby spots like MIHO Museum, Hikone Castle and more. The room has warm lighting and a 240cm-wide bed for perfect rest.

We opened this guest house in October, 2017. It is the middle of downtown in Kyoto. It is 5 minutes walk from Kawaramachi station(Hankyu line). From Shijo station, it is 10 minutes walk. From Shijo station to Kyoto station is 4 minutes by subway. Our guest house is next to Shin-kyogoku dori, there are many restaurants, souvenir shops, convenient stores, fashion items, 100yen stores.... It is easy to access to Nishiki-ichiba(we called the kitchen of Kyoto, market), Teramachi dori, Gion on foot.
