This off grid, alternative powered site is located towards the front of a large twelve acre estate, alongside a flowing brook. Elevated over a natural spring that flows year round, the Japanese inspired aesthetics of this private, tiny cabin sits perched atop a deck among the wooded trees overlooking the waterway the mineral spring feeds, but not before filling the in-ground, cedar lined, two person, bubbling hot tub heated with a wood burning stove. One of two glamping sites on the 12 acres.

5 Acre PIne Cabin is a new construction 3 bedroom plus cabin featuring open floor plan and 2 full bathrooms. A full kitchen, featuring a custom iron stair case engraved with pines and bears and an open living room with TV, as well as one Full bedroom and full bath are downstairs. The second level consists of 2 more full bedrooms and an open den area with twin trundle beds, TV with Roku. There is also an outdoor open fire pit. We are located just 10 miles to All Star Village Baseball!

We are a few short minutes from the Majors Inn, the Gilbertsville Farmhouse, and Far View Farms and also conveniently located to Oneonta and Cooperstown Dreams Park. Copes Corner Park is 3 miles away on the Butternut Creek where you can fish or launch a kayak or canoe. The Unadilla Drive-In, breweries, snowmobile trails, and places to hike are also nearby.

Experience secluded glamping with luxury and amenities, hotel in the woods, but so much better.  Take a Hot shower under the stars or in the sunlight. Come relax, hear the sounds of nature. You can even take a tour of our farm or hike around our property. You might even be able to feed or pet a cow. It's all  located on our 460 acre farm.
