Within walking distance to CalTrain station, San Antonio shopping center, and Whole Foods, Trader Joe, movie theater plus numerous boutiques. Major tech companies located nearby include G00gle and Faceb00k. Stanford University is within a 10 minute drive. A short 5-10 minute walk to the Cal Train stop but the unit is not impacted by any train noise. The bus stop is conveniently around the corner to take you to Downtown Castro Street or Stanford University and beyond.

Our light-filled lower level suite has been fully remodeled (completed Feb 2019) and includes two bedrooms (up to 4 Queen beds), a large media room with a fold-out couch bed, and one full bathroom. Total space is approximately 1000 square feet with a private entrance. Amenities include all the perks of our media room and a kitchenette. We wash all linens included Duvet covers between guests. Redwood Cottage & Hot Tub

Enjoy this quaint, peaceful redwood retreat tucked away in the Santa Cruz Mountains. This small private cottage comes with a private hot tub, outdoor shower, propane fire pit and hammock. You'll be 10 minutes to downtown Felton and 25 minutes to Santa Cruz beaches. The cottage is on a shared property and next door to the main house. Please note there is no indoor shower (outdoor only) and the road is one lane with a steep driveway. Permit #211304
