It's a completely detached single-family home, ideal for a family of 4 or 2 couples but it can sleep up to 6 people (2 couples and 2 kids in bunk beds). It's just 2 blocks from lively Park St, 5 minutes walking to a couple of smaller grocery stores and a 15 minute walk to the beach. It's walking distance to express buses and casual carpool to SF as well as buses Oakland and BART.
