The house is in a priviledged location only 1 min away from super markets , ATM, beach bars, restaurants, cafe bars, pizzerias, car and boat renting agencies. In a short distance far from the house (only a few minutes away) you can find some of the most famous beaches in Sithonia like: Armenistis, Kavourotrypes, Trani Ammouda, Talgo, Lacara, and many more.

It only takes a 2-10min walk to town's amenities for recreation & everyday needs and it’s only 250m away from the beach. The house facilities and its location make it appropriate for long-term relaxing & refreshing vacation and for short trips across Chalkidiki!

The location of my summer house is ideal, walking distance from everything you might need. Three-minute walk to the beach, and 7-8 minutes to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, fish taverns, super market.
