Sonia house

Built in 1896, this traditional Cretan stone house is located in the village Sivas, Crete, Greece, with great views of the Messara plain and the mountain of Psiloritis and within walking distance to the village square. The house has been substantially restored and renovated with natural materials and great care in order to offer amenities for absolute comfort both in summer and winter time, while retaining all its traditional architectural and decorative elements, typical of the region.

Villa Bougainvillea is an old stone house that was build in early 19th century and was renovated recently. It is 10 minutes away from the famous beaches of Matala, Kommos,Agiofarago, Kalamaki, Kokkinos Pyrgos and Kaloi Limenes. Because it’s in the south part of Crete, even in the windy days you can find a beach that’s calm enough for swimming. The Minoan palace of Faistos, the archeological site of Gortyna, the cave-graves of Matala are also only 10 minutes away.

Sea View Stone Yard · Kalamaki Sunset II

A covered stone courtyard with a sea view, a ten-minute walk from the beach. Stone walls, a timber pergola for shade, and a table set for long lunches and slow evenings. The sea sits on the horizon across open ground. Inside, a bright one-bedroom apartment for a couple or a small family (plus a sofa bed). The little Pearl is a small, traditional, Cretan stone house that is designed for a maximum of two people. It has a terrace with a view of Psiloritis, a romantic courtyard garden where you can enjoy your privacy undisturbed, a double bedroom, a small kitchen and a bathroom with a spacious shower. Everything has been designed with great attention to detail. Information about the climate tax: In the case of Little Pearl, it is 8.00 euros per night.

Built into a sun-warmed hillside in southern Crete, our main house was the one we designed for ourselves — and it shows. Open-plan living with floor-to-ceiling windows, mountain views to the north, and sunsets over the Mediterranean to the west. Relaxing in the living room, you can see the ancient Minoan palace of Phaistos across the Messara Valley. It's the kind of place where you sit down with your coffee and an hour disappears.

Ανεξάρτητο Studio με πατάρι, το διπλό κρεβάτι βρίσκεται στον ισόγειο χώρο και τα δύο μονά κρεβάτια σε πατάρι, μπάνιο, κουζίνα, άνετη αυλή μπροστά στη θάλασσα και στο πίσω μέρος του σπιτιού. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται δίπλα στην ταβέρνα Αύρα και είναι πολύ εύκολο να το εντοπίσετε. Πλεονέκτημα του σπιτιού, βρίσκεται ακριβώς μπροστά στη θάλασσα.
