SeaShell Apartment

SeaShell is a 75m`2 apartment at village Skala Maries on Thasos Island. Is in the centre of the village and 50-70m from the main beach. Also nearby at same distance there are SuperMarket, Restaurants, Pharmacy, Caffes. Parking space is for one car at house main entrance. There are 2 more beaches very close (150m -200m) accessible by foot. Both of our two balconies have Sea and Sunset view. This apartment is not available for parties. We available 24h/d for every info or serve you want.

Since 2017, we've hosted more than 110 groups of guests, providing excellent accommodation in a relaxed, beautiful, quiet and friendly environment. It's a traditional island villa built by our family with love, respecting the island's identity, nature and architecture. The villa is spacious and ideal for 6 guests. SeaShell 2 Apartment

"Seashell2” is a 46 sq.m. apartment in Skala Maries village of Thassos. It is located in the heart of the village and 50-60 m away from the main beach. In a very close distance there is a super market, pharmacy, restaurants, coffee shop. There is also easy parking near the apartment. In addition, at a very short distance (150-200 m.) there is easy access to two more beaches of the village. We are at your disposal for information and any serve you want.

Maries Coast House

Η απόσταση από την παραλία "Πλατάνες", στην οποία βρίσκεται το Aquapark Maries είναι 100 μέτρα, ενώ η παραλία "Ατσπάς" είναι στα 900 μέτρα.

Bright and tastefully decorated interiors with one separate bedroom with double bed, open plan kitchen, bathroom with shower and a comfortable living space with modular sofa bed that becomes a proper double or two single beds. The apartment can accommodate 2 guests. ​

"Above the Sea" Apartment II

This is a new one bedroom apartment above Atspas beach in Skala Marion, Thasos. The apartment is 5 minutes away walking to the beach, local restaurants and taverns and a supermarket. You will love the apartment for the spectacular breathtaking view from the balcony and from the house’s interior. You are going to enjoy the beautiful sunsets and if you are lucky, be able to watch the dolphins that pass by.

You can relax in a place surrounded by plants, at a close distance (5-10 minutes by feet) from the centre of Kavala. You can also enjoy your cofee or meal on the nice and cosy porch of a garden with aview of the sea. Do not think about parking your car because you have an individual closed garage.The garage is 4.80 meters long and the garage door is 2.75 meters wide and 1.76 meters high.

Luxurious apartment in the heart of Kavala. Located on Omonoias which is the shopping street. Just a couple of minutes on foot from the city center and the sea. Safe and quiet neighborhood. There are two big grocery stores 50m from the apartment where you can buy fresh food and essentials. You can park your car on the street right in front of the apartment for free.
