"Eothinos" Sea front Studio

Beachfront studio in Loutraki with one bedroom( 35 sq.m.) There is a large dining table and chairs on the terrace outside, and a large pergola providing shade for out-door dining. All windows and doors have fixed insect-screens. The road outside is a cul-de-sac and leads only to the footpath to the beach, so it is very peaceful with no passing traffic. Fully serviced with cleaning and linen change every 4 days. Beach towels are provided.

You can enjoy the magnificent sunset in the spacious balcony, have a walk at the seaside below the house or tour the beautiful beaches of Skopelos. At a distance of 100 meters you can find a taxi stop, bus station and some of the best seafood taverns right by the sea.

Traditional house with a view in Skopelos

This is a traditional house recently restored. The 3 stored house has been all renewed using local materials and respecting all the traditional features. The house has a backyard with a little garden and exterior shower (perfect to shower when you come back from the beach), and a table to have dinner. We also have a portable barbacue where you can cook your fresh fish outside.
