Η αγροικία είναι κτισμένη στην πλαγιά ενός βουνού με θέα την παραλία της Καλαμίτσας, μέσα σε ένα κτήμα 70 στρεμμάτων. Αποτελείται απο ισόγειο και έναν όροφο. Και τα δύο επίπεδα έχουν υπνοδωμάτια, μπάνια, κουζίνα και καθιστικό. Η πρόσβαση στον όροφο είναι από μία εξωτερική σκάλα έτσι ώστε τα δύο επίπεδα να είναι εντελώς ανεξάρτητα και αυτόνομα. Είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένη και εξόπλισμένη με όλα τα απαραίτητα μέσα για μιά άνετη και σύγχρονη διαβίωση. Η θέα από όλα τα ανοίγματα είναι μοναδική!

House in Skyros with an amazing sea view

The house is located close to the castle near the top of the Chora of Skyros and offers privacy and a magestic sea view. The house is open to families, couples, groups of friends with or without pets. The house has three rooms, a bathroom (with toilet and shower), a balcony and a terrace. The first room has a sofa - double bed (red one in pictures), the second room has a double bed and the third room has a sofa and a kitchen. The house can provide accomodation for up to 4 people.

Ο Πεύκος, με τη μεγάλη αμμώδη παραλία του, είναι περικυκλωμένος από πευκόφυτες πλαγιές , 5 χιλιόμετρα απο το λιμανι της Σκύρου. Είναι ένας όμορφος, καταπράσινος κόλπος ο οποίος έχει και ένα μικρό λιμανάκι. Απολαύστε μια υπέροχη και ξεκούραστη διαμονή σε άνετο και καινούριο διαμέρισμα που βρίσκεται σε απόσταση αναπνοής από την παραλια.Διπλα σε μία πολύ όμορφη γραφική ταβέρνα, που λειτουργεί το μεσημέρι και το βράδυ, ακριβώς πάνω στη θάλασσα, με θέα σε όλο τον κόλπο .

Για εσάς που θέλετε να απολαύσετε τις διακοπές σας κοντά στη θάλασσα, με την οικογένειά σας η τον σύντροφό σας! Πρόκειται για ένα σπίτι 40τ.μ. , 50 μετρα από την παραλία Βίνα , στα γραφικά Πουριά. Διακοσμημένο με σκυριανές πινελιές και φτιαγμένο με πολλή αγάπη, ώστε να μην σας λείψει τίποτα. Κατάλληλα διαμορφωμένο για οικογένειες μέχρι 2 παιδιά ή με μωρό. Σκυριανό παραδοσιακό σπίτι ιδανικό για ξεκούραστες διακοπές, βρίσκεται στην περιοχή Mαγαζιά μία από τις ωραιότερες παραλίες του νησιού μπροστά στην θάλασσα πλησίον εστιατορίου , cafe, supermarket, δίπλα στο Εργαστήριο Σκυριανών κεραμικών" Σταμάτης Φτούλης". Σε απόσταση 4 λεπτών με τα πόδια βρίσκεται δημοτικό parking και οργανωμένα beach bar. Ο δρόμος που φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες είναι πεζόδρομος.

The “Briar House” has been recently renovated and is located in the upper part of Skyros Town, on the main uphill way to the fortress and to St. George Monastery. It can accommodate 2 persons. Outside cube shaped, the house follows the characteristic architecture of the island. Inside the architect has used modern elements to make guests stay more pleasant.
