Just a 3-minute walk to/from UST's P. Noval Gate. These lofts are designed for students, reviewees, OFWs (vacationing or working on their papers), board/bar examinees, couples, and people traveling to Manila for business or leisure. Our Tiny Lofts have a low ceiling. It's not meant for tall people (6 ft or higher).
