Aunt Patricia's Cozy, 2 Bedroom Bed and Breakfast

I have 2 private, bedrooms, that share a roomy bathroom. It is a suite. It is not a complete house. If you wish to reserve the 2nd bedroom, it is an additional $30 per person per night. If there are only two people, but wish to have separate bedrooms it is an extra $30 a night, mark your reservation as three people and that will give you the second bedroom. Enjoy a stocked refrigerator and microwave in a nice seating area. A continental breakfast will be provided.I look forward to meeting you.

A fresh and airy guest house located a mile from the center of downtown Boise. Relax in our claw foot bathtub after a long day of exploring the nearby whitewater park, foothills, green belt or downtown scenery. Cook in the kitchen or walk to nearby restaurants for your meals. Sip your morning coffee on the patio while you plan your next adventure. You'll sleep soundly in the comfortable king sized bed. When you rent the whole guest house you will have access to two separate rental units, one per floor. Each floor has its own unique identity and style. The upstairs features a deck with views of tree tops and the absaroka mountains, the downstairs provides access to a therapy tub under a canopy of cottonwoods. Some of the features shared by both include reclaimed wood ceilings and wood panelled walls, unique light fixtures, sun bleached animals skulls.

My home is close to Lewis-Clark State College, SJRMC, Downtown Lewiston, the levee bike and walking trails. You’ll love my cottage because of it's location on Normal Hill, an older section of the city. Guests can enjoy breakfast on the patio from May to September. My home is good for a couple, friends or siblings traveling together, but guests must be able to navigate stairs because the bedroom is in the basement, perfect for a quiet night's sleep.
