Large spacious childrenfriendly villa with magnificent garden situated in a quiet charming nabourhood. Perfect for big families with play opportunities for children (our children are 10 and 14). Our favorite spot is the huge terrace and outdoorkitchen where we make barbecue dinners. The house has 5 large bedrooms and is 7 minutes walk to the metro and the center of vanløse, where you will find plenty of shopping and restaurant opportunities. You can get to the center of Copenhagen in 15 min.

Villan har ljus, modern inredning, stilrena möbler samt en stor trädgård med uteplatser i flera väderstreck – perfekt för avkoppling och måltider utomhus. I närheten finns grönområden, mataffär och golfbana. På kort cykelavstånd når ni Ålabodarna och Sundvik vid Öresund för bad och härliga kustpromenader. Glumslövs backar ligger också nära och bjuder på vacker natur och fina vyer.

Lovely newer house very close to good child-friendly sandy beach, close to cafes and restaurants, harbor, big shopping center and only 10 minutes walk to Hundige station, with train every 10 min. It takes approx. 15 min. to Copenhagen C. There is private parking for 3 cars. There is plenty of space - both inside and out - and a lovely large terrace, with plenty of garden furniture and a weber gas grill. Are you fond sailing, there is a combined canoe / kayak that seats 2 people (see picture).

The large charming house has 300m^2 and is perfect for one or two families or friends visiting Copenhagen. 2 large living rooms, 5 bedrooms with 11 beds, 2 toilets and a lovely garden. The space 7 min by car and 20 by bus or train to the city center. The garden has a large trampoline, toys, a BBQ and a large terrace in the sun for relaxing. Dejligt nyrenoveret hus tæt på centrum, metro station og kun to km til stranden. Huset har fire soveværelser og to badeværelser. Alt er nyt og højt niveau af orden og renlighed. Vi rejser selv en hel del, og ved hvad der kræves af en god vært. :-) Bonus: Pool er ca 3,2 x 7,5 meter. Kemikalierne er i orden, men der er ingen poolboy så evt. blade og insekter skal gæster selv fjerne:-)
