Recently remodeled, it features cozy living spaces, a dining room, a dedicated workspace, WIFI, a well-equipped kitchen, outdoor BBQ, and inviting bedrooms with high-end linens. 30/50 AMP RV hookups and a fully fenced ½ acre lot can accommodate trailer and RV parking. Smoking inside and hosting parties and events are not permitted.

The apartment has a complete kitchen, a separate bedroom, as well as a queen size Murphy bed in the large livingroom. Some windows look down into the horse stalls below, while others look over pastures full of horses, goats and alpacas. In addition to sunshine, you may wake up to the sound of our donkey" hehawing" for breakfast! (Due to the nature of our farm, we have a "No Pets" policy).

The ranch is close to Monterey Bay Aquarium, California Rodeo Salinas, Pinnacles National Monument, John Steinbeck's Museum and Victorian House, and the Laguna Seca Raceway.
