An elegant kitchen that awaits your culinary delights, a spacious living area, a primary bedroom with a TV, a kingsize bed and a luxurious bath with a soaking tub and a walk-in rainfall shower, plus twin bunk beds for the kiddos. A small store and a farm to table restaurant are conveniently across the street.

Tranquility Cottage (Year Round) & Cabin (May-Oct)

Peaceful & pet friendly acre near Acadia in natural, wooded setting. Fast WiFi, view to Ripples Pond (a wildlife sanctuary), & fenced in backyard. Big 1 bed cottage has comfy King mattress + 2 sleeper futons. The Cabin (only open May 1-Oct 31) has kitchenette, bathroom & Queen bed. A backyard path to hammock & chill spot by Ripples (view only, but 1/2 mile away is Long Pond for swimming, canoe/kayak rental). Grill. Firepit. Tranquility! NOTE: Cabin open May-Oct + has ceiling+box fans but no A/C

The Potting Shed

Our sweet little potting shed-turned-guesthouse is full of floral charm, tucked on the edge of our meadow in Southwest Harbor. It's the perfect blend of rustic simplicity and whimsy; a little wild, a little magical, 100% unplugged. Just birdsong, breeze, and the occasional curious deer. Take a morning dip in nearby Echo Lake, hike Acadia’s stunning trails, explore the harbor and feast on lobster rolls down the road. Return to the the potting shed where fireflies take over the night shift.

Tranquil cabin; open plan. Bedroom w/queen bed & privacy doors. Alcove w/bunkbeds. The Cabins at Currier Landing, featured in Dwell as “Three Magical Tiny Cabins Take Root in a Maine Forest,” are located on the Thos. Currier Saltwater Farm. Glimpses of water & access to 300’ of the Benjamin River Harbor shore. 2 seasonal cabins; 1 studio cabin. Centrally located on the Blue Hill Peninsula near Deer Isle, the cabins offer access to outdoor activities, cultural events, restaurants & shops.

Beachfront Pet Friendly Tiny Home[Shoreline Bliss]

Shoreline Bliss is a 272sq ft Tiny Home that is just set back from the Atlantic Ocean on the Quietside of Mount Desert Island. This unit allows Pets and has a large deck for guests to relax outside! **2026 Update** The Bathroom has been renovated and there is no longer a restriction or tight space around the toilet area, please refer to updated photos. Our family is excited to share our tiny house with you! Located on our artist collective farm, this is our favorite place on earth. It’s off grid, cottage core, and has a beautiful & fragrant cedar sauna. We are 27 minutes from Acadia National Park and surrounded by truly gorgeous local beaches. We offer super comfy beds, an outdoor shower, twinkle lights, summer nights filled with fireflies, bright maples in the fall, and cozy winter movie nights in a bed alcove like on a boat.

An easy 20 minute drive -or less- to all island villages, and majority of Acadia's hiking trails and Carriage Road entries. Just around the corner is access to Long Pond where canoe and kayak rentals are available.
