Chill-Out-Area mit zwei Terrassen mit herrlicher Aussicht. Alleinige Hausnutzung. Lage: ruhig, 2 Parkplätze, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im nahen Hermagor, Wanderwege vor dem Haus oder auf den umliegenden Almen, Presseggersee oder die Talstation Nassfeld in 10 Minuten und der Weißensee in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Zur alleinigen Nutzung bieten wir unsere rund 200 Jahre alte, kernsanierte Hütte an. Hier trifft alpine Gemütlichkeit auf Moderne. Ob Sommer oder Winter, diese stilvolle Hütte bietet auf rund 50 Quadratmetern die perfekte Unterkunft für vier Personen. Sie befindet sich in sonniger Hanglage. Dieses urige Refugium liegt unweit der Mölltaler Gletscherbahn und vieler Ausflugsziele zum Wandern, Klettern, Ski/Wanderski, Kanufahren und vielem mehr. UNBEDINGT MITZUBRINGEN: Hüttenschlafsack (ab 3 Übernachtungen bietet sich auch die Möglichkeit, Bettzeug auszuleihen), Verpflegung, festes Schuhwerk WICHTIG: bitte einen Tag vorher die Ankunftszeit bekannt geben, dass auch wir uns den Tag einteilen können, um euch eine reibungslose Ankunft zu ermöglichen.
