Petaluma is centrally located to world class wineries in Sonoma and Napa Valleys and the beautiful Sonoma and Marin coasts. This 400 square foot granny unit over our garage has beautiful wood floors, granite counters, stainless steel appliances (no washer/dryer) New HVAC unit, air filters, new water heater with chlorine filter. This space has a great deal of natural light, windows are well placed as to not see into neighbors windows. (Black out curtains on windows if light needs to be blocked) Must be able to climb a flight of stairs to access. Dedicated off street parking for one vehicle

Our cozy guest cottage is located at 1300 feet on Sonoma Mountain, offering serenity and tranquility with all the fine dining and shopping options of downtown Sonoma only a few miles away. You’ll love the cottage's privacy, open space and natural light. We are pet-friendly! Well-behaved, trained pets are welcome, but we ask for prior approval and there is a $50 per stay charge. Electric car charging available upon request via 48 amp Tesla Wall Connector.

Our studio is only a few blocks from the heart of Petaluma. The Theatre District, Petaluma Market, and a myriad of local restaurants are all a 10 to 15 minute walk from your doorstep. We have two kids of our own (3 and 4) and we've set up the space to be comfortable for families traveling. There is ample space for everyone to spread out with a queen bed, 2 full size futons, and a crib included in the space.
