Tiene acceso libre a la playa a menos de 200 pasos, además de restaurantes, cafeterías, tiendas de conveniencia, super mercados y bares. No se requiere carro para disfrutar de los alrededores caminando. La casita es completamente nueva (2024) y lista para disfrutarse. Tiene dos camas Queen, caben 4 cómodamente, se pueden hospedar hasta 5 personas si no les importa compartir el espacio, en la planta baja hay un futon. Tiene cocina y baño completo. El acceso es autónomo y estacionamiento grande y seguro. Está a 2 km del Bulevar principal, que es la zona céntrica. Está en una zona segura y muy tranquila.

Enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay on my sailboat "Delirio" ( 28 ft) anchored in secluded Bahia Concepción. The ocean waves will rock you to sleep while you enjoy the beautiful night sky. The morning sun will wake you up just in time, if you are lucky, to catch a glimpse of the curious dolphins swimming by the bay. It truly is an experience like no other!
