Elegant home in the heart of Marbella. Heated pool

This is our beautiful home. After living in Marbella 6years we moved on, to Paris. The house is recently renovated and it's really cozy and elegant. Everyone says, "Your house feels like home!" We have 4 kids, so the house is great for families (ping-pong table, puzzles, table games, doll house etc.). Your kids will have so much fun in pool! You can walk 20minutes to the gorgeous Marbella old town and sandy beach. I would be happy to recommend you family friendly restaurants and playgrounds.

De woning is in 2022 gerenoveerd en modern gemeubileerd. Het huis is direct gelegen aan de golf baan, is op loop afstand van het golf clubhuis en is ook vlakbij het strand, dus ideaal voor de golfers en de strand liefhebbers. In de zomer maanden is er een gemeenschappelijk zwembad . La Hacienda Alcaidesa Links golf resort heeft 2 golf courses, Heathland en de in 2022 geheel gerenoveerde Links course. Er is Wifi, airco, warm en koud en TV met alle Nederlandse, Engelse, Belgische en sportzenders.

En coche, te puedes desplazar en 30 minutos a Gibraltar y a las playas de Sotogrande o en 40 minutos a Tarifa.
