Chambls Shack provides wanderers with a slow stay, overlooking the sandy beach at Verona Sands. Chambls is a genuine shack experience, complete with 1970’s kitchen, open fireplace and light shades. Plenty of wobbly bits and sloping floors, but we’re watertight, warm and a whole load of fun. Situated 1 hour from Hobart via Huon or Channel, Chambls welcomes travellers who want to truly relax and revisit the 70’s in luxe linens, open fire and a bottle of red. Or bring the kids and hit the beach.

Adventure Bay Beachside Apartment

Our beach house is situated directly across the road from the white sands of Adventure Bay. You will experience the most spectacular sunrises, looking out across Storm Bay and onto Tasman Island. Guests will lay in bed at night, where the only sound is the waves breaking on the beach below. Quiet Corner is a safe swimming beach (perfect for kids) and we have a local shop, all within a minute's walk from our front gate. This is a top floor, self contained apartment requiring stairs to access.

The Hideout Cabin

Take yourselves away on a stunning waterfront nature retreat at this private, peaceful and stylish solar powered cabin in the middle of the Tasmanian wilderness. Set up for up to four adults, this gorgeous home offers waterfront views, two luxurious bedrooms, a large kitchen with a Glemgas 6 burner gas stove and oven, an indoor fireplace, coffee machine and a fire-pit for enjoying balmy evenings. An original beach shack, tarted up with your comfort in mind, it’s the perfect retreat for two. Walk across the lawn to a sandy swimming beach, enjoy sweeping water and mountain views, cosy up by the wood heater or fire pit (firewood supplied), and watch for wallabies at dusk—including the occasional rare white wallaby. Unplug, unwind and fall asleep to the sound of the sea.

Camp Rising ~ Cygnet, Tasmania

Our cosy and humble cabin - an old pickers hut from the farm's previous life as an apple orchard - is located in the stunning Huon Valley, with views across the stunning Huon River to the snow capped mountains of the Southwest. You would be hard pressed to find a more peaceful outlook for your morning coffee or afternoon wine as you take in the open skies and the local wildlife. Just a few minutes from the charming village of Cygnet and its many great cafes and shops.

Private Adventure Bay self contained studio.

Welcome to our 1 bedroom self contained studio. The studio is conjoined to our new house, with your own private entry. Open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living. Kitchen has breakfast bar, hot plates, microwave, toaster, kettle and all crockery and cutlery. A separate bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. There is a covered verandah at the front with BBQ. A large open deck is located behind the Studio to enjoy the sunny days. Its just a couple of minutes walk to the beach.

The Hide - Private Waterfront Bruny Island.

Experience the feeling of calm when you turn onto the winding private road that takes you to The Hide. Surrounded by forest, and set on the waterfront, the Hide provides an elegant refuge for couples. In a national park like setting and situated centrally, it is the perfect base for exploring popular Bruny Island. With so much to do on the property, as well as wider afield, we recommend a 2-3 night stay if you can fit it into your schedule.
