Welcome to our cosy glamorous bell tent set in a truly magical location where the woods meet the reeds. Enjoy the wonderful combination of riverside wilderness, farm animals and comfortable outdoors accommodation which is only ten minutes walk to Woodbridge with all the buzz of a lively Suffolk market town. A truly unique hand crafted living space can be found within this restored & converted 1967 Bedford horse lorry Douglas. Buried within the Norfolk wildlife, you'll find the hidden off grid eco-friendly space. With 1/2 an acre of wildflower set outside the unit, the space is designed to be shared with nature - the perfect get away hide away. The site boasts separate private toilet and shower units, pubs & fresh produce within walking distance, local walks & a 30min drive to Norwich or coast.

Magical family dome & hut with stargazing hammock

Relax, reconnect with nature and watch the clouds float by in the double hammock. Snooze under canvas in our beautiful geodesic dome with cosy double bed. Watch the resident bunnies hopping around the meadow from the sofa in our tiny hut with a delicious pot of coffee. This is a place to recharge whilst the kids run free in 2 acres of private and fully enclosed meadow, and if you like, explore rural Suffolk or nearby market town Bury St Edmunds with it’s famous market and historic abbey.

They are equipped with smart tv's, super fast Wifi, small, fridge kettle & microwave. Enjoy Ormesby Manor's Signature Continental Breakfast, this is included and brought to your door. The hot tub is kept at temperature throughout your stay via renewable fuels. Guests simply put their chosen time to use it privately on the blackboard

The Dairy Hut & Hot tub Barton Turf, Norfolk

Our four luxurious shepherds huts with hot tubs are located on the edge of our field. You can enjoy the views and see the beauty this special place boasts from sitting in your own hot tub. Take in the tranquility and ever changing countryside scenery our village has to offer. Outside each hut you have a decked patio area with seating and a covered decked area with additional seating and bbq. Our family have worked Berry Hall Farm for over 100 years! One hut onsite allows dogs!

Beautifully converted lorry horse box - sleeps 4

Standing in a field of a working, family run, farm is this beautifully converted lorry horse box. With a double bed over the lorry cab, bunk beds at the far end and a three seater sofa with a lovely view of the sunset out of the patio doors. The patio doors lead out onto a raised decking area where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning or a glass of wine or two in the evening, whilst star gazing. A stay in our horsebox is perfect for relaxing and getting away from it all.

There is a wood burning stove for cosy nights in, and all the kit you need to prepare a meal for two. There is also a fire-pit for tranquil evenings, flame-gazing, and barbecuing.

Surrounded by lush greenery, yet conveniently located just a 15 minute drive from Norwich, it offers a perfect blend of tranquillity and accessibility. The Property Boasts a private fenced garden, perfect for your furry friends, with ample Parking Space available.

Bell Tent & Chrome Caravan with Private Bathroom

The Bell tent and Chrome Caravan offers a double bed in the tent and two pull out beds in the caravan, outdoor seating and alfresco dining, a shower block provides a private walk-in shower and toilet. The purpose build communal cooking and washing up area boasts a dual sink, fridge, gas and electric hobs. Space is shared with additional outdoor experiences we offer at the farm. A cooked breakfast is available for an extra charge upon request
