Beth's Place II - on the river - is a private apartment above our garage, with a separate entrance and a great private outdoor space with a hot tub. The tastefully furnished cozy apartment provides an ideal relaxing setting with beautiful river views. Outfront is our new pickleball court & putting green for our guests' enjoyment! Riverside Cottage

Our fully equipped seasonal cottage is on the Salmon river 15 minutes north of Malone and close to the Canadian border. We can provide info on visiting Montreal as well as the Wilder Homestead, fishing and hiking trails. We have an appetizer or home made soup waiting for guests on their arrival. We have bees and are pleased to show how we are nurturing our hive. Our gardens are beautiful and guests are welcome on both properties. As Super Hosts we do our best to make your stay memorable🌻

Welcome to Potsdam, NY. There is a $50 fee per each dog. No cats allowed (one of us has a severe cat allergy). This bright and airy upstairs apartment is charming and inviting. You’ll have everything you need for a lovely stay. Each room has a queen sized bed and there are 2 roll-away cots. Close to state trails, the Eisenhower Locks, Massena Intake boat launch, and only a few miles out of town. It sits on the Grasse River on a dead end road, and has plenty of room for boaters with a trailer.
