The form, colour and materiality nestles the dwelling sensitively into the deep green bush terrain and a generous courtyard defined by carefully crafted limestone walls which seamlessly connect inside and outside while also providing privacy and shelter. The studio is everything you could imagine for the perfect down south getaway . All the modern appliances to make you feel at home with nice and cozy beds excellent quality linen and specially chosen furniture throughout . A short walk to the beach and bush tracks , local cafes , bar & bistro the general store you can't go wrong. Private residence The managers are close by to help if required , we will leave you with a detailed list of things to do and the ins and outs of the studio and the local area. The home's close proximity to the coast makes it easy to head to the ocean. Spend the day finding fun surfing spots and sunbathing on the beach. Play a round on the local golf course. And tour the breweries and wineries nearby. Literally everything you could desire on your door step. Easy and safe to walk to the beach with access to footpaths and nature walks out the front of the house .

The Nest

A gentle, quiet space to relax, unwind, and escape. Our special self-contained guest house is named 'The Nest' for a good reason. Small, cosy, and a place to feel like you can truly 'switch off'. For this reason, we decided there would be no television/WiFi. The space is perfect for a couple, or a solo traveller. We also welcome small children if you're all happy to snuggle up in the King bed! We welcome pets, please just give us the heads up. Time to slow down. We can't wait to welcome you.

Rather unique Cabin with a huge deck in the heart of the Preston Valley with vineyards and artisan trails on our doorstep. 1.5 acres of forest, paddock, vines and olives emersed in the Preston National Park yet only 25 minutes from Donnybrook, Ballingup and Boyup Brook. (only a few minutes from the world famous Mumby Tavern). A perfect little hideaway to relax in nature, or a launching point to so many options to keep you busy during your stay. Freshwater house is a brand new house, architecturally designed with holiday rentals in mind. Set in 8 acres of rolling pasture it looks over a valley and the waterfall on Margaret River. The house is perfect for entertaining , with tables inside and outside that can accommodate at least 10 people. Decking to the front, stone terrace at the rear, or a big wood fire in the living room, there are many spaces to relax. 5 mins to the beach, town and vinyards, everything is at your doorstep.

Nannup Studio Accomodation

Studio is spacious and serene. Grab a book and relax under the trees and watch the birds. This is a one room studio with 1x Queen bed 2 x single beds set up on request. Suitable for 2 x Adults 2 x children Full Kitchen, oven Pets are welcome but must be kept on leads to protect our chickens, horses & wildlife and are not to be left alone in the studio. BYO pet bed, food bowls. We ask that dogs not be on the soft furnishings. Outdoor fire pit, wood available $20 cash per basket.
