The Studio is the north wing of our Old Dunsborough home, purpose-built to host couples in comfort and grace. With separate entry and parking, guest independence and privacy are assured. The Studio offers wifi and smart TV for your evening entertainment, or for that weekend retreat. Secure storage for boards and bikes, with mtb trails 100m away. The location is ideal for taking advantage of the attractions and events that Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer.

Beachside Retreat

On a quiet and leafy street 250 m from the beach, Lyn and Ulf welcome you to our two-room studio with terrace. It is attached to the main house, but there are no common areas. It includes a covered carport, a spacious bedroom with en-suite, a lounge/kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster and kettle. The terrace, is designed for outdoor dining and equipped with a barbeque. We welcome infants and toddlers under 2 years old and can provide a travel cot and high chair on request

Studio Metta Cowaramup

Studio Metta ( Shire approval P220383) is a cosy, light and bright self contained studio. There is one large bedroom with a queen bed, a great bathroom with high ceilings and a generously sized living area which incorporates a kitchenette and fridge, a sofa, an occasional chair and a small table for dining. Total floor area is 50m2. The outlook from the living area and the private outdoor deck is onto Parkwater forest, where you can hear birdsong and feel the nature right on your doorstep.

Jersey Queen Guesthouse *2:00pm late checkout*

Jersey Queen is a 2-bed family friendly guest house with a relaxed country vibe. Best suited to families and couples staying together. This special place will make you feel right at home. Only a 5-minute walk to Cowaramup main street for food, coffee and drinks. *NB, Additional charge of $40/night for 5th guest (fold-away bed and linen to suit a child) *NB, We live in the adjoining property with a child and a dog. You might hear us from time to time. We do our best to minimise our noise.

Reverse cycle A/C comfort and push bikes available on request. Suits singles, couples or friends looking for a getaway. Conveniently located 5 min drive from the Margaret River Main Street. Little Ginger is the perfect romantic couples getaway surrounded by ginger trees and a friendly ginger cat named Simon who sleeps under the ginger trees. The studio is equipped with everything you need including: a toaster, kettle, microwave, Nespresso machine, and a plug in cooktop.

Welcome to Barn Hives. Self-sustainable Eco-luxury pods. Each of our Barn Hives consists of a two story open plan living space. Through the stairs, that are wrapped around the inside of the building, you will be led into the master suite, which with being on the second floor you are greeted to spectacular views. On entry of the Hive, on the first level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, cosy lounge near a pallet heater for those wintery days.
