Our modern log home is set up with fine things like Turkish towels, local artisan soaps & the softest sheets. The tasteful decor has an mcm vibe w/industrial touches. Wander outdoors, swim, follow a creek, slip into the forest, hike back, cook dinner in a state of the art kitchen w/ a pantry full of fun gadgets. Relax by the fireplace, sit outside & watch the stars, light a fire. We provide blankets & wood. A welcome basket & a fully stocked coffee bar for the early mornings are waiting for you.

The Lily Pad

The Lily Pad is a comfy one room king bed cottage with a porch overlooking the pond. A private full bath is close but not attached (attached to our home for plumbing purposes, but you have a private entry). The paved path is well lit. The cottage is insulated, heated,air conditioned, has electricity,Wi-Fi, and a smart tv used with your accounts. Fishing pole provided. The cottage is separated from our home by a garage. We leave guests uninterrupted unless they want to interact/need anything.

Enjoy nature in style at this fairytale in the forest. This idyllic escape combines whimsical structures, curated gathering spaces and a private wooded hillside surrounded by hiking trails and quaint towns. Disclaimer: This is a rustic cabin. Heating is from a wood-burning stove, there is no AC. The bath house is a separate structure from the cabin, up a hillside with stone steps. Our quiet little upstate cottage is truly our peaceful place! We use it for hiking, biking,yoga ,and just being! We have a river across the street that is the perfect place to sit and enjoy the sounds of the water, you can fish, find a swimming hole to swim and go back and work in the cottage all in the same afternoon thanks to our new fiber optic Wi-Fi. Fire pit nights and grilling lunch makes this place our favorite quiet spot on earth.

Tree Haven

A broad staircase brings visitors 20 feet up in the forest clearing. Wildlife abounds and hiking trails wind throughout the property. First time guests will be greeted by owners and oriented to treehouse facility and the woodland experience. Guests will then be left to enjoy their privacy in this quiet, idyllic forest setting. Robes are provided for casual comfort to close out days and greet mornings.

"Far from the Madding Crowd" Cozy Cabin Retreat

Cabin Clack is a quiet, stream-side retreat bordering 1000 acres of wild trails in NY State Forest. The cabin is a historic hunting cabin from circa 1935. The cabin is good for a couple, solo adventurers, or families (with kids). We welcome pets, and they will love exploring the secluded forest and the freedom of our virtually traffic-free dead-end road. There is a spring fed pond you can swim in.
