You'll love the calm and cosy atmosphere of our single level townhouse. We are located a close 10 minutes from the hustling and bustling Westfield Belconnen shopping centre. Lake Ginninderra is walking distance away. A bus stop is just 4 mins away from home. Your room has a double bed with a detached shared bathroom and seperate toilet. There is a seperate lounge area with a dedicated workstation. We also have a 1yr old Border Collie who is super social and loves to welcome everyone.

No cooking facilities. There is kettle, frig, microwave, Coffee pods, toaster, china + cutlery in the room. We're fairly close to restaurants and cafes in Manuka - about 3 blocks or a 10 min walk.( A friendly feline loves guests but lives with us in our area)

Yes we have a camel ( but only one now 😞 ) My B&B is in the beautiful Goobarragandra Valley 12 kilometres from Tumut. I am ideally located at the northern end of the Snowy Mountains to explore and enjoy all the region has to offer. Our immediate surrounds offer fantastic views, great bird watching and fishing. We are able to accommodate 2 adults and a small child under 2 years of age only. If your child is older then 2 please contact us first as we have a portacot only.
