Penthouse Master Bedroom

The Penthouse is filled with light, lots of windows and skylights. It has two entrances that are both private, one from our deck and another from the main kitchen! It has a large full bathroom, small closet, and a kitchenette with a coffeemaker, refrigerator and sink. All windows, skylights and doors have shades for complete privacy. This is our family camp, with our own books, games, and “vibe”. It is not a hotel, and some things may not be “industry standard”. There is so much to see and do in the Boothbay area. Life slows down and there is no better place to experience that "Maine, the way life should be" feeling.

BREEZE Treehouse, at The Appleton Retreat is located on 120 acres of private land, bordered by 1,300 acres of a protected nature conservancy. To the south is the Pettengill Stream a resource protected area and to the north a large secluded pond. BREEZE does not have a hot tub but guests may reserve the sauna, which is close by and private. The Appleton Retreat is less than a 30 minute drive to Belfast, Rockport, Camden and Rockland, charming downeast seaside towns.
