Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

Alloggio con due camere da letto, bagno e soggiorno con angolo cottura. E' presente forno a microonde e macchina per il caffè e lavatrice. Veranda fronte mare per il relax con la famiglia o gli amici. L'alloggio è inserito in un complesso residenziale circondata da splendide spiagge, tra cui Piscinas, con le sue meravigliose dune, o il complesso minerario di Ingurtosu e Montevecchio con la possibilità di visite guidate ed escursioni.

Casa accogliente e dotata di tutti i confort

La casa è situata nel centro storico di Sant'antioco e si sviluppa in due piani. Al piano terra si trova la zona giorno con divano, TV e cucina con di tutti gli elettrodomestici (Frigorifero, fornetto). Inoltre e' presente un cortile con ampio barbeque e tavolo e sedie per pranzi e cene all'aperto. Al primo piano si trovano le due camere da letto e il bagno completo di lavabo, vaso, bidet, box doccia e lavatrice.
