Leelanau Secluded Tiny House Northport

Newly built tiny house 2 miles south of Northport. Nestled in the woods overlooking a pond and surrounded by an organic vineyard/farm. Short walk to organic winery, 5 min drive to Northport, 15 min to Leland, and 20 min to Sutton’s Bay. Many beautiful beaches close by! Sleeps 4 total, 2 on a queen sized bed in loft and 2 on a futon on main floor. There is running water inside, hot & cold, but there is not a toilet or shower inside. Outside is a very clean portable restroom and outdoor shower.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Once a barn for tack and hay, now a peaceful studio suite with all of the modern amenities, including a full bath, kitchen, and laundry. Just off of the bike path, & only steps to downtown Bellaire, this studio space is on a spacious corner lot, complete with an outdoor fire pit & ample parking. This modernized home offers plenty of kitchen space, a brand new bathroom with rain shower head, new king size bed, as well as a pull out sofa bed & dark out shades offering plenty of privacy. Cuddle up & relax by the indoor fireplace after a days worth of adventure in northern Michigan.

Close to ATV/Snowmobile Trails and you can ride from your site. You will need to provide your own bedding, pillows, towels, cooking utensils and shower items
