The Retreat is tucked away yet super close to hiking trails, The Spokane Valley Mall, And much more! It has a huge fully enclosed backyard for the littles and fur babies to run around in while you enjoy your coffee on the elevated patio. The Barn Suite

Welcome to the family “Barn” located on the back half of our property. This “Barn was relocated from an adjacent property in 1957 which was used as a chicken coop, a horse barn and then remodeled for the first time in the late 60’s to accommodate living quarters for Anne’s brothers. In 2023 this was stripped to the studs; everything is new, the unit in furnished with king size bed, sitting area, kitchenette and full separate bathroom. This is a Non smoking and No Pet Suite/Property.

Mountain View Apartment: Private 1-BR Guest Suite

Come stay in our private guest suite for two! The suite is separated from the house by the garage and includes off-street parking for one car. We are 25 minutes from Downtown Spokane and 20 minutes from Coeur d’Alene. Nearby athletic venues include the HUB Sports Center, Plantes Ferry, and multiple golf courses. This is a great spot for guests in town for conventions, tournaments, Hooopfest, and Bloomsday or anyone looking for a convenient home base to explore the Inland Northwest.

Come as you are, and leave as more. You are warmly welcomed to a cozy home built in 1955 with original hardwood floors and wood burning fireplace. Relax and recharge in this thoughtfully arranged home located in convenient location in North Spokane. Hays park is 2 blocks away, and walking distance to a European food store. It's a 6 min drive to Gonzaga University, and Holy Family Hospital. Downtown is 10 min away.

1 bedroom in-law apartment. Bedroom features a newly updated bathroom, king size bed and small sofa. The front room has a desk and small kitchenette. The apartment has it's own entrance and is closed off from the rest of the house. There are no common areas besides the front yard. The house is located 10 to 15 minutes east of downtown Spokane.

This was our family home until we moved next door. The four bedrooms are upstairs along with 1 full bathroom and the laundry area. The other full bathroom is downstairs. Large kitchen and eating area. There is access to a small backyard. There are 2 queen beds, a full bed, and 2 twins. There is a second bathroom on the main floor.
