Professionally designed from the ground up, this cabin features the following: - Main Cabin has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and upstairs loft with six bunk beds that sleeps 12. - Detached garage has an arcade and game room. - Above the garage is a private studio with it's own kitchen, bathroom, king bed, and laundry that sleeps two (additional $97 charge for this).

This cozy Get-Away is secluded with limited traffic on the road. Enjoy a peaceful night sleep atop pillow top firm mattress and sheets where thread count matters. In summer, Greer is an escape from high temperatures. Wildflowers sprout in alpine meadows alive with native wildlife including antelope, deer, and elk. Autumn means burnished leaves and crisp temperatures. Snow transforms the town to a Winter wonderland in the Winter. Recreational opportunities abound in every season. The clear waters of the Little Colorado River run right through town and three lakes offer sport fishing for trout. There’s also hiking, hunting, horseback riding, and skiing.

This rental is right between Showlow and Pinetop. The woodsy cabin is perfect for an individual, couple as well as small group or family. The cabin is pet friendly. The upstairs loft is a hit with children and additional sleepers. Guests may access the clubhouse and it’s immenities. The two seating areas inside as well as outdoor firepit allow for diversity of gathering. The community is quiet, friendly and highly wooded. Smart tvs and starlink Wi-Fi, and Firepit. Central ac and heating.

Cabin is 400 square feet in size located 35 feet from owner's residence. Cabin is located near the end of a dead-end street, in a quiet neighborhood. Rainbow Lake can be accessed from the north side, an approximate 5-minute drive. Movie theater, grocery store and restaurants are within 10 minutes of the cabin. Blue Ridge High School is 2 miles from cabin. I take extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations in addition to my typical disinfecting routine.
