It is just minutes from the freeway, the hospital, the university, several parks, and lots of restaurants and shopping. There is plenty of room for your family to sleep and be comfortable, along with an open floor plan with a large kitchen and dining/family area. Enjoy the big back yard, the game room/garage, choose from one of our many board games, or go enjoy the town! There is plenty do all year long.

Goof off in the game room with toys and games for everyone, or watch a movie on one of 5 TVs. We're just 1/2 block from ISU & close to restaurants, bars, soda shops & Caldwell Park. Historic downtown & our famed City Creek trails are just 2 miles away.

Walk to Ross Park Zoo, nearby parks, and the swimming complex, plus enjoy locally owned restaurants close by. Outdoor adventure awaits minutes away at City Creek and Edson Fichter Nature Area, with easy access to Pebble Creek Ski Area and relaxing soaks in Lava Hot Springs. Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a small family. The BD has a king and LR has a full size futon that fits one adult or two small children. You are welcome to share the nice yard, playground, and front patio. KJ's Place * close to golf course & boat dock

Cute three bedroom home on the northwest side of Aberdeen in a quiet neighborhood. It’s only a few blocks to the golf course & about 4 miles to the boat dock. Plenty of parking is available if you are bringing a boat or work vehicles. It’s a quick 10-15 minute drive to American Falls. If you love the outdoors, Aberdeen has a lot to offer w/ a golf course, boating, hunting & year-around fishing. We will do longer stays, please send an inquiry. Want to bring your pet, message me. 🐶

You'll be well rested for sure! There is a small fridge and a variety of coffee/tea/cocoa & treats, along with some paper products, also provided.
