All the modern comforts are here along with a wood-burning stove as a bonus! You won't be roughing it, though nature is right out the front door: beaches and fishing are mins away, trails for hiking and a cute, quiet, rural setting. If you're looking for a family vacation or a getaway from the city, you'll find all the comforts of home at the lake!

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Lots of room inside and out to enjoy this hidden gem. Located on Netley Creek in Petersfield with a private beach to enjoy all the outdoors and if the weather is not perfect enjoy the pool table, shuffle board and dart board inside. Ample parking. Boat dockage available with a local boat launch And if you are into hunting or fishing the marsh is only a short boat ride away. The house is set up as a duplex and we live in the other side.

Oduca's cottage is beautifully renovated and available all season. Its a great place to stay and relax after the longday icefishing during winter months, and it's only 4 minutes drive away, and 15 minutes walk from the park, beach and boardwalk. Our cottage is fully fence, and has huge backyard that comes with a playground, patio, sports equipment, and fire pit which makes a perfect place for you, your family, your friends and visitors to enjoy. Furry friends are welcome too!

Just a 40 minute drive to the perimeter. July & August are 4 night minimum. Long weekends 3 night minimum.
