Full size kitchen (stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, coffee maker & kettle) & bathroom (shower only). 32 inch TV with a Firestick, there is no cable. There is WIFI. Sleeps 4. 1 queen bed on the main level & 2 single beds in the loft (ladder access only) Screened in porch with BBQ ( new in 2024) And a deck in front of the porch with more seating. Located on the shipping channel you will often see freighters traveling both ways while you sit at the shore. Situated on a quiet, dead-end road with very little traffic but with neighbours nearby.

Kensington Cottage

A charming pine cottage right on Lake Huron. Located in an area of fascinating history and enjoyment on the water. Fabulous kayak destinations right outside the door. Have breakfast on the dock or at your private deck table with seating for six. Plenty of space at the dock to tie up your watercraft with boat launching right next door at Kensington Point Marina. The cottage water is fully filtered through an Ultra Violet light source which makes it 100% pure and drinkable out of the tap.

Our apartment is the perfect destination for families or groups of friends, as it can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests. The apartment features 2 large bedrooms with 5 beds total. The living room has a cozy sofa and large TV where you can relax after a day of exploring the Soo Locks! One of the highlights bbq grill, fire pit in the beautiful yard.
