Cajun Acres Log Cabin

Our cozy cabin sits in the heart of Cajun country, about 30 minutes outside of Lafayette. It's a great place to spend time relaxing in the quiet serenity of South Louisiana, or enjoy spending a night or more traveling through, it is located just 8 miles north of Interstate 10. We do not allow pets. The Cabin is all wood inside and has the great cabin smell the minute you open the door. It was built in 2014 by Amish builders in Pennsylvania and transported down by a truck.

Step into the past in this elegant Acadian Chateau. Designed to keep the character of this older home with new fresh updates. Home sits on 1.5 acres with a stocked pond in front and the Bayou Teche in backyard. 3 porches filled with rockers to sit and enjoy the views. 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms sleep 9 plus 2 adult size cots sleep 2 more. My favorite room is the office which is converted to a luxury dressing room. Events are allowed for a small fee.

Lake Martin Bayou Country Lake Cottage

Our cabin is called La Libellule. It is a wonderful little cabin on Lake Martin in Breaux Bridge, La. Amenities include a king size bed, screened in porch, shaded deck, fire pit, washer, dryer, 2 tvs, internet and a full kitchen. There are generally fresh herbs in the garden depending on what time of year you come. The dragon flys are glorious here and if you are lucky you can see a pinkish red one. There is a lovely walking trail nearby.
