250m from the boisterous square, walking 7 minutes through the myth of Pelion and the history of Byzantine Makrinitsa, you arrive at the serenity of a genuine authentic place with magnificent view. Our grand father's stone house lays there. In 2022 we renovated it with respect to its traditional style, into a spacious idyllic guesthouse for 2+1 people, fully adapted to the traditional community of Makrinitsa, and yet providing modern amenities. The home of Centaurs

The house stands in the historic village of Portaria Pelion and it is about 500 m. from the central square. It's altitude is 630m., and has a spectacular view to Pagasitikos and the town of Volos. You can enjoy this view not only from the balcony but also inside the house. Furthermore the Ski Centre of Pelion is only 14km. far and the city of Volos 12km. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.

Located along the port of Volos, my apartment has a great view to the sea. It is a 5-10 minutes’ walk to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping areas and “Tsipouradika” which are Volos’s signature taverns that offer fresh seafood and traditional Greek spirits. It is suitable for couples, families (with 2 kids), business travelers, and solo adventurers looking to explore the capital of Magnesia and the magnificent mountain Pelion.

Στο παραδοσιακό χωριό της Μακρινίτσας ανηφορίζοντας και περπατώντας 200μ πλακόστρωτου καλντεριμιού θα βρεθείτε στη Βρύση Τσώνη. Εκεί δίπλα βρίσκεται η πλήρως ανακαινισμένη πέτρινη οικία που προσφέρεται για να περάσετε στιγμές ηρεμίας και χαλάρωσης ατενίζοντας την πανοραμική θέα που σας προσφέρεται απλόχερα. Χώρος απλός λιτός όπως αρμόζει σε ένα χωριό του Πηλίου.

Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, στα καλντερίμια της Πορταριάς, και το σπίτι μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 5 άτομα.

My place is close to restaurants and dining, the beach, nightlife, family-friendly activities, and public transport. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the outdoors space, the neighborhood, the light, and the comfy bed. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.

Chalet Orfeas/view,1000m2garden,jacuzzi

The chalet was built in 1928 with local stone from Pelion and has a special architectural design and was recently completely renovated (2016). The view is impressive and the interior of the house boasts the romance of another era with all modern-day comforts. The property has two floors and a garden (1000 sqm).
