Ο σχεδιασμός βασίζεται σε καθαρές γεωμετρίες και φυσικά υλικά σε ανοιχτούς τόνους. Χρησιμοποιήθηκαν υλικά όπως το ξύλο και το ύφασμα, σε συνδυασμό με τεχνοτροπίες σε παστέλ τόνους, για να δημιουργήσουμε ένα φιλόξενο και ηρεμο περιβάλλον για τους επισκέπτες. Έμφαση δόθηκε στη μελέτη του φωτισμού προκειμένου να συνδυαστούν διαφορετικές ποιότητες φωτισμού μέσα στη μέρα.

This 1 bedroom penthouse apartment with a huge terrace is located on the 5th floor, overlooking Koum Kapi Bay. It is only 50m away from the beach with many cafes and restaurants, and les than 10 walking minutes away from the Old Venetian Harbour and city center.
