This is our serene master suite upstairs in our house in the Evergreen neighborhood, perfect for short term or long term stays. Side entrance leads to private kitchenette, and upstairs is the private loft, master room, bathroom. no stove, fireplace, laundry, or dishwasher but pretty much everything else you may think of. Stanford university, Cal Ave dining, Evergreen Park, and The Cal Train station are all literally within a 7 minute walk from here (along with a laundromat, gas station).

Separate entry and w/ easy street parking in Midtown that's also conveniently close to California Ave, Downtown Palo Alto, Stanford Campus, Medical Foundation, PAMF, The Foothills, Meta HQ, Amazon, Shoreline, & Headquarters for all other major Silicon Valley companies.

Studio apartment is a separate/private unit in a residential home. The apartment has a private entrance and is equipped with a kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, electric kettle, table, dishes, and silverware), bathroom, and full size closet. The studio is furnished with a queen bed, desk, nightstand, and shelving cabinet. Access to washer and dryer may be arranged ONLY for visits of one week or longer (not generally available). One large bedroom, one bathroom, well stocked kitchen with all new appliances, lovely private back patio area...all this and only a 3 block walk to University Ave (fabulous restaurants & shopping), 3 minute walk to CalTrain, 10 minute walk to the Stanford Campus (or take Stanford Shuttle just 2 blocks away)! No need to drive although space for 2 cars, one undercover.
